For me, effective leadership isn't measured by personal accomplishments but by the growth and achievements of others. It's about being genuinely present, creating an environment of empathy and trust.  Ultimately, I believe that leadership is a moment-to-moment choice that transcends titles and positions, aiming to create a better world for those we care about.
